The Organization
The NGO´s mission is to contribute to the effectuation of positive sustainable change through the provision of expert knowledge, the implementation of quality services and the building of local capacities at every level.

Founded in 2006 is a private consultancy company working in the field of socio economic development throughout Egypt, the Middle East and North Africa with focus on four areas of expertise: private sector organization development; democracy and good governance, youth development; and urban development.

The Project

The expected volunteer will be mainly working on a community development project that aims to enhance skills of Bedouin youth for development and employability in Sinai. The volunteer will contribute to the design and implementation of project activities to build the capacity of young people targeted in the projects. Examples of these activities are counselling sessions and skills trainings in addition to other related administrative works.

In this assignment, the volunteer will be supervised directly by the manager of the project training center. The expected duration for this assignment can last up to twelve months.

The volunteer is expected to participate in the course of designing and delivery of counselling sessions and skills training as well as in related administrative work. We expect that the volunteer will add new dimension to trainings we design and deliver to young youth, this new western dimension is to help youth think differently in different way to enter and compete with the labor market.
